Start by heating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas until dry. Mix them with a tablespoon of olive oil, a bit of salt, and your chosen spices in a bowl.   

Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet for even roasting.  

Bake for 20–30 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally for even crispiness. Watch them to avoid burning. Remove and cool when golden and crispy.
