Sunset Bliss Sweet Potato Pie 

Ingredients: – 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 medium sweet potatoes) – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1/4 cup butter, melted – 2 eggs, beaten

– 1/2 cup evaporated milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Bake sweet potatoes until tender. Once cool enough to handle, peel and mash them in a mixing bowl. Measure out 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth. 

1. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading it out evenly. 2. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

1. Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before serving. 2. Optionally, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
