Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti 1 pound lean ground beef 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce ½ cup butter, sliced - divided

1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened ¼ cup sour cream 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions Start with all ingredients and a 350°F oven. Bring a big saucepan of lightly salted water to boil. Boil spaghetti for 8–12 minutes until tender but firm. Drain.  

While pasta cooks, heat a large pan on medium-high. Drain and discard fat after browning and crumbling beef in hot skillet for 5–7 minutes. Transfer to bowl and add spaghetti sauce.  

Half of the butter slices should be in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Place half the pasta in the dish.  

Mash cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream and spread on spaghetti.  

Cover with remaining spaghetti and butter. Spread ground beef mixture evenly over pasta.  

Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Spread cheddar cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes more until melted and gently browned.
