Key Lime Pie

Ingredients 3 cups sweetened condensed milk ¾ cup key lime juice ½ cup sour cream 1 tablespoon grated lime zest 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions When the oven reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), gather all the ingredients and prepare it.  

In a bowl, thoroughly mix condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest. Fill crust with graham cracker crumbs; transfer pie to baking sheet.  

Bake for 5 to 8 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the pie's surface begins to bubble tiny pinholes. The filling will not brown; it will be jiggly.  

After transferring the pie to a wire rack to cool, give it a good hour to completely chill in the refrigerator before serving. If preferred, garnish with whipped cream and slices of lime.
