I Lost 100lbs by Following 5 Small Daily Habits  

Begin Every Day With a Healthy Start: I kickstarted each day by engaging in something healthy, such as walking or doing resistance training.  

Utilizing those early morning hours when I was the first person awake allowed me to prioritize my workout without any excuses later in the day.
