Grape Pie

Prepare Ingredients: Wash and stem your grapes. You can use any variety, but Concord grapes are traditional for grape pie due to their bold flavor.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make Filling: In a large bowl, combine your washed grapes with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently to coat the grapes evenly.

Roll Out Dough: Roll out your pie crust and place it in a pie dish. You can use store-bought crust or make your own.

Fill Pie: Pour the grape filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Top Pie: If desired, add a lattice crust or a full top crust. Be sure to cut vents in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
