Easy Seafood Salad

Prepare Seafood: Cook your choice of seafood, such as shrimp, crab meat, or lobster, according to your preference. Boil, steam, or grill until fully cooked, then let it cool.

Chop Vegetables: Dice crunchy vegetables like celery, red onion, and bell peppers into small pieces for added texture and flavor.

Make Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a dash of Old Bay seasoning for a tangy and flavorful dressing.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked seafood, chopped vegetables, and prepared dressing. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Season to Taste: Taste the salad and adjust seasoning as needed with salt, pepper, or additional Old Bay seasoning to suit your preferences.

Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the seafood salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and for the salad to chill.

Garnish: Before serving, garnish the seafood salad with fresh chopped parsley or dill for a pop of color and added freshness.

Serve: Serve the easy seafood salad chilled as a refreshing appetizer, side dish, or light meal option for any occasion. Enjoy the delicious flavors of the sea!
