Creamy Ground Beef and Noodles

Ingredients 1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles 2 pounds ground beef 1 pinch onion powder, or to taste

1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions Bring a big saucepan of lightly salted water to boil. Add noodles and simmer 7 minutes until tender. Drain.  

Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper; sauté and stir until uniformly browned, 5–7 minutes. Drain grease.  

Cream cheese and mushroom soup should be nicely incorporated with ground beef after 5 minutes. Stir in drained noodles and corn.  

Add evaporated milk and stir for 5 minutes to get desired consistency. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and melt for 5 minutes.
